After making his Test debut in 2014, Rahul has amassed over 2,700 runs in the competition. His 34.32 average is his score.
Rahul has seven tons in the format after smashing his fourteenth Test fifty.
Against South Africa, the Indian batsman also scored more than 300 Test runs in six games. Three 50+ scores are included in the total.

It’s interesting to note that Rahul scored his final seven Test tons during India’s a victory-filled Boxing Day Test in South Africa in 2021/22. On the first day, he hit the three-figure mark.
Rahul achieved the highest Test score of any Indian opener in South Africa (123).
The only other Indian opener to score a century in a Test match in the Rainbow Nation is Wasim Jaffer.
