Smriti Mandhana recently became only the second Indian woman to score over 4,500 runs in Women’s ODI cricket. She joins the legendary Mithali Raj, who remains the highest run-scorer in the format with a staggering 7,805 runs at an average of 50.68 before her retirement.

Mandhana achieved this milestone in her 103rd ODI appearance (103 innings), where she reached 4,501 runs.

Consistent and Classy: An Impressive Batting Average

Mandhana’s WODI batting average stands at an impressive 46.40, reflecting her consistency across conditions. She has already registered 11 centuries and 31 half-centuries, making her one of the most dependable batters in women’s cricket today.

Over 40 Fifty-Plus Scores

Another testament to her class is the fact that Mandhana is one of only two Indian women with over 40 fifty-plus scores in ODI cricket. While Mithali Raj leads this list with 71 fifty-plus scores, Mandhana has 42 such scores to her name, showcasing her knack for converting starts into impactful innings.
